Art For Life
School may end, but the need for wellbeing, connection and continued development does not. Art for Good’s Art for Life Programme: A Lifelong Creative Pathway for Persons with Disabilities supports persons with disabilities in continuing to explore art and develop their creative abilities beyond school.
The programme is primarily designed to support persons with disabilities as they transition beyond school into an inclusive, wellbeing-centred creative community. It provides continuity at a stage when structured learning, social connection and meaningful activities may become less available. The programme also welcomes persons with disabilities who are still in school but would like to explore an artist development pathway alongside their existing education.

Each participant’s journey is shaped according to their interests, abilities and support needs. The programme does not define success through a single outcome. For some participants, it may offer creative expression, confidence, belonging and a meaningful routine. Others may progress towards developing a portfolio, participating in exhibitions and markets, exploring supported creative work or building a more independent artistic practice.
