Art Therapy
What is Art Therapy?
Art Therapy is a human service profession that uses art media, images, art processes and client responses to create products as the reflections of personal development, abilities, personality, interests, concerns & conflicts.
Art therapy encourages one to express his or her emotions and struggles using a wide range of art making techniques.
Art therapy does not solely focus on the artistic skills of a person but also the engagement in a creative and therapeutic art making process that can bring about personal growth and positivity.

Clinical Art Therapy
Positive Art Therapy is a combination of positive psychology and art therapy. By incorporating positive psychology into art, we aim to induce engagement among our clients and foster positive emotions. Positve Art Therapy can help to transform perceptions, create empowering narratives and illuminate the meaning of life.
For individual and group sessions, the content will be relatively similar to our Clinical Art Therapy sessions, but with a positive psychology approach and application.
