Art for Good at Suntec City: Creating Pathways for Artists with Disabilities

Art has the power to give people a voice, tell stories and connect us with one another. This November, Art for Good will be bringing the work of artists with disabilities into a public space through an art exhibition at Suntec City on 28–29 November 2026.
The exhibition will showcase artworks created by artists supported through Art for Good, giving them an opportunity to share their creative practice with a wider audience, receive recognition for their work and, where possible, generate income through the sale of their art.
Creating More Opportunities for Artists
For many artists with disabilities, developing an artistic practice can come with barriers that extend beyond the creative process. Access to art materials, education, studio spaces, exhibitions and professional opportunities can be limited by financial, physical and social barriers. These challenges can make it difficult for artists to develop their skills, build confidence, reach audiences and pursue their artistic aspirations.
At Art for Good, we believe that people with disabilities should have opportunities not only to participate in the arts, but also to develop, exhibit and be recognised for their artistic work. Through our programmes and partnerships with businesses, organisations and community platforms, we seek to create meaningful pathways for artists to continue growing their practice.
The upcoming exhibition at Suntec City is one such opportunity.
By bringing their work into a public setting, artists can connect directly with members of the community, potential art buyers and organisations interested in supporting inclusive arts. For visitors, the exhibition is also an opportunity to discover the diverse creative voices and perspectives of artists with disabilities.

Chloe Chek, 12
SMA2 | Artist at Art for Good
Chloe is a young artist who has been developing her creative practice through her work with Art for Good. She has also had the opportunity to contribute her artistic talents to a commissioned project for the National Library Board, creating work for Iris Purple Hearts to promote inclusion at the library. For young artists like Chloe, opportunities to create work for real-world settings can be meaningful steps towards building confidence and discovering where their artistic abilities can take them.
Jonas Teo, 15
Autism | Artist at Art for Good
Jonas is an exceptionally talented young artist who loves drawing. His artworks reflect his interests and personal expression, including this faith-based painting depicting mountains. Through art, Jonas has a space to explore ideas and communicate through a medium that comes naturally to him. The opportunity to exhibit his work allows others to see not only the artwork itself, but also the creative potential of a young artist developing his own artistic voice.
Titus Teo, 11
Rare Disorder (Immunity Deficiency) | Artist at Art for Good
Titus is both visually and musically talented. Despite living with a lifelong disorder, he continues to explore and express himself through the arts. His creative journey is a reminder that artistic potential can take many forms and can continue to grow when individuals are given the encouragement and opportunities to develop their abilities.
Andrea Chan, 16
Metabolic Disorder | Artist at Art for Good
Andrea has been exploring art through her Art Therapy sessions at Art for Good. For her, the creative process provides an opportunity for self-expression and exploration. Over time, art has become part of her journey of developing greater confidence in her own abilities and understanding herself through creativity. Her artwork represents not just a finished piece, but also the personal growth and creative exploration behind it.
Supporting the Art Development Fund
The November exhibition is also part of Art for Good's efforts to build greater support for its Art Development Fund.
The fund aims to reduce financial barriers faced by artists with disabilities, particularly those from financially disadvantaged backgrounds. Contributions can help provide access to:

Building a More Inclusive Arts Ecosystem
The November exhibition is one step towards a longer-term vision.
